Policies

Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer a (15) day money back, commencing on the date of arrival to your location by DHL on almost every product sell. Please call our customer service phone number: 937-684-4130 to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES can be made without this number.

Then return merchandise with that (RMA) number to:

Any item retuned without an RMA number will NOT be returned sender, nor will a refund made to your credit card.


Cancellation Policy
Must be made before 24hrs of placing the order online. Please submit any cancellation request via email to
cancelorder@talaveraworld.com, or call on our business phone at 937-684-4130. Email cancellations must contain the following:
First & Last name, order number, phone contact, and your email address used when placing this order. This information must be identical to the information originally used to process the order. Every effort will be made, providing your order has not been already charged and shipped out. Cancellations made after 24 hrs. whether via email or phone are subject to a restocking fee of $100 and forfeited shipping fees. When returned to the warehouse, you will be credited only if there is a balance.


 
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping the items. All replacement/repaired products are shipped DHL Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure
You must contact customer service first by emailing us the a digital photo and a question to determine whether the item is indeed defective. If we agree, then you would follow procedures for an (RMA) request. See Return Policy above for more details.
